职位：主管 / Supervisor（咖啡店 / 传统餐饮）

工作地点：多个分店（全岛）

工作天数：每周6天

【工作内容】

• 监督咖啡店的日常运作

• 管理员工（收银员、咖啡师、饮料员）

• 处理库存、订货及收银事务

• 确保食品卫生符合SFA标准

• 培训及指导员工

• 向管理层汇报每日营业及运作情况

【应征条件】

• 欢迎新加坡公民及永久居民申请

• 至少2年餐饮 / 咖啡店主管经验

• 能以英语及华语沟通（须与说华语的厨房员工及顾客交流）

• 熟悉咖啡店运作、饮料站及收银工作

• 具备良好的领导能力及团队管理技巧

• 能于周末及公共假期上班

• 持有食品卫生证书者优先考虑

Position: Supervisor (Coffeeshop / Traditional F&B)

Location: Multiple outlets island-wide

Working Days: 6 days per week

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

【Responsibilities】

• Oversee daily outlet operations and staff

• Manage cashiers, coffee chefs, and drink handlers

• Handle stock, ordering, and cash handling

• Ensure hygiene and SFA compliance

• Train and guide staff

• Report daily sales and operational matters to management

【Requirements】

• Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B, traditional coffeeshop, or kopitiam environment

• Bilingual: able to communicate in English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking kitchen staff and customers)

• Familiar with coffeeshop operations, drink station, and cashiering

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Food Safety Course Level 1 preferred
