• Conduct checks on incoming documentation for consistency and compliance with established processes.
• Provide administrative support and maintain adherence to system processes.
• Manage incoming enquiries via calls and emails efficiently.
• Assess and review loan agreements thoroughly.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N-level qualification.
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
