Lift Supervisor

Work Location: Islandwide (HDB, condominiums, commercial buildings)

Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.

Salary: Basic up tp $3,660 per month + $350 Allowances + AWS + VB

Job Description

• Supervise daily lift and escalator maintenance activities across multiple sites
• Lead service teams to minimize breakdowns and ensure quick response to faults
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Monitor maintenance performance and implement improvements
• Communicate with clients, building managers, and contractors to resolve issues
• Work with sales teams on repair and upgrade opportunities
• Manage manpower scheduling and spare parts usage
• Train and guide technicians on technical and safety procedures
• Prepare service reports and documentation for management

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
• Minimum 6 years hands-on lift and escalator maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory or multi-site coordination experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Motorcycle license and willingness to travel islandwide is an advantage
