Marketing Executive (Novena)

Location: Novena
Period: 1 year
Salary: $2760 per month
Working hour: 830am-6pm Mon-Fri

• Liaise, track, and coordinate with multiple external vendors to support engagement programmes.
• Assist in maintaining outreach databases and tracking outreach activities and outcomes.
• Build and maintain a photo repository of outreach events, capturing and organising photos for use in promotional materials and reports.
• Produce post-event reports to keep Management informed about outreach efforts and outcomes.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing correspondence.
