Job Summary

The Construction Supervisor will oversee site operations, coordinate manpower and work across multiple job sites, communicate with clients and workers, and ensure project progress aligns with plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply schematic drawings to guide construction activities and ensure accurate execution
• Demonstrate construction tasks hands-on to train and support new site workers for quality and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with clients to address project requirements and liaise with workers to coordinate daily tasks
• Monitor and track manpower needs on site to optimize workforce allocation and project progress
• Attend project update meetings to report status and coordinate work across various job sites for seamless operations
• Prepare monthly tabulation of working hours for subordinates to support payroll and resource management
• Apply knowledge of clean room facility requirements to maintain compliance and operational standards on relevant projects
• Maintain familiarity with construction site environments to ensure safety and efficiency throughout project execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of Class 3 driving license is preferred to facilitate site mobility and supervision
