About the role

This role involves preparing proposals, quotations, and cost estimations for BMS and ACMV projects. You will review tender specifications, drawings, and project requirements, perform quantity take-off and costing for Building Management System (BMS) and ACMV systems, and assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical submissions, and tender documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimations for BMS and ACMV projects

• Review tender specifications, drawings, and project requirements

• Perform quantity take-off and costing for Building Management System (BMS) and ACMV systems

• Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), technical submissions, and tender documentation

• Support the Proposal / Sales Manager on technical, commercial, and costing matters

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors during tender preparation

• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and conduct cost comparisons

• Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and within the required timeline

• Prepare project-related documentation, reports, and cost analysis

• Participate in technical clarifications and tender discussions when required
  

About you

• Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline

• Experience in ACMV, BMS, Building Automation, M&E, tendering, estimation, or proposal preparation will be advantageous

• Candidates with project engineering experience and interest in tendering or proposal work are welcome to apply

• Training will be provided for candidates with lesser experience
