Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, marketing services, advertising, media, or consultancy industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to lead teams and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Established business network and client relationships will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
