Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and increase conversion rates.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and long-term business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, marketing services, advertising, media, or consultancy industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to lead teams and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Established business network and client relationships will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
