Quantity Surveyor (ELV / BMS / System Integration)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation by reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), cost breakdowns, and tender pricing for ELV, BMS, Security, Networking, Automation, and System Integration projects.
Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Liaisewith internal engineering and project teams to ensure technical and commercialcompliance with tender requirements.
Prepare tender submissions, quotations, technical proposals, datasheets, and supporting documentation.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to improve project competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Support procurement activities and vendor engagement for tender and project requirements.
Monitor project variations and maintain tender and costing records.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
Experience in tendering, estimation, quantity surveying, procurement, or project coordination.
Candidates from ELV, BMS, Security, M&E, Networking, Automation, or System Integration industries are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with preparing quotations, BOM, BQ, cost estimation, and tender submissions.
