About the Role
Ishver International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. This role involves assisting in client acquisition efforts, executing outreach campaigns, and strengthening relationships with prospective customers through on-ground engagement and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Represent client brands professionally during campaigns and events
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Support customer acquisition initiatives
- Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives
- Gather customer insights and market feedback
- Contribute to long-term client satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma/Nitec or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
