About the Role
Ishver International is looking for ambitious Business Growth Associates to support the expansion of our client portfolio through customer acquisition and direct engagement initiatives. This role provides exposure to sales, marketing, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer acquisition and business development activities
- Execute outreach and marketing campaigns
- Identify potential opportunities for growth
- Engage prospective customers and generate interest
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
- Assist in achieving revenue and expansion objectives
Requirements
- Diploma/Nitec or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, businessdevelopment, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
