The ideal candidate will have an ability to planning schedules, managing budgets, enforcing safety protocols, and leading teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently, on time, and within quality standards

Coordinate and schedule production runs to meet delivery deadlines and customer demands.

Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, including shift scheduling and performance appraisals.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on the production floor.

Typically requires 5+ years of hands-on management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
