CATERING SALES COORDINATOR

Catering Sales Coordinators oversee all aspects of a catering operation, from the initial client contact to the successful completion of the event.

They work closely with clients to understand their event needs, create suitable menus and service plans, and coordinate staff and resources to ensure client satisfaction.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

• Meeting with potential clients to discuss their catering needs and budget

• Creating personalized menus and service plans for each client

• Coordinating with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure the preparation and presentation of food meet client expectations

• Working with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure successful events

• Monitoring the execution of the event to ensure client satisfaction

• Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during or after the event

• Processing client payments and maintaining accurate financial records

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business

• Developing sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue

• Ordering necessary supplies and managing inventory
