Operation Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Schedule daily job for installation and delivery, manage daily deployment of workers

• Manage and record workers attendance

• Assist company in all daily operations work

• Issue Quotation, Work Order accordingly

• Keep track of inventory, alert management for items in low stock

• Work as a team with operation to ensure everything goes well

• Liaise with suppliers for checking stocks, order and arrangements

• Any other ad-hoc, administrative works if assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 -2 years working experience in operations planning or a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

• Ability to work independently and with a team
