Visitor Experience Executive

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 5 passes
  • Experience in Customer Service, Visitor Management or Office Administration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor bookings and appointment schedules
  • Handle enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate tour schedules and liaise with Tour Guides
  • Register visitors and maintain visitor records
  • Escort visitors and provide on-site assistance
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and visitor statistics
  • Support daily operations and ensure smooth visitor experiences
