Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 5 passes
- Experience in Customer Service, Visitor Management or Office Administration
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage visitor bookings and appointment schedules
- Handle enquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate tour schedules and liaise with Tour Guides
- Register visitors and maintain visitor records
- Escort visitors and provide on-site assistance
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and visitor statistics
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth visitor experiences
