Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support registration and customer flow during ceremonies and events
  • Manage queues and guide visitors to designated areas
  • Assist customers in using self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting
  • Perform administrative duties and simple reporting
  • Prepare and set up service counters and rooms before operations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum ITE / Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
