CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Support registration and customer flow during ceremonies and events
- Manage queues and guide visitors to designated areas
- Assist customers in using self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting
- Perform administrative duties and simple reporting
- Prepare and set up service counters and rooms before operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum ITE / Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Computer literate and comfortable using digital systems
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
