Responsibility :
- Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial sites
- Ensure the reliability and availability of systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and security systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor facility performance through inspections, audits, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Maintain documentation procedures, and asset records.
- Monitor service performance.
- Liaise with clients and coordinate daily activities
- Investigate and resolve facility-related incidents, complaints, and service disruptions.
- Lead and develop facilities management teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma in any field
