Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our team. As a fitness expert, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their personal health and wellness goals through customized training programs, ongoing motivation, and professional support. Your role will be essential in guiding individuals through safe and effective workout routines while fostering a positive and results-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assess clients’ fitness levels, health conditions, and personal goals
  • Design and implement individualized workout programs tailored to each client
  • Demonstrate exercises and provide clear instructions, including alternatives for varying fitness levels
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to maximize results
  • Lead one-on-one and group training sessions
  • Educate clients on proper and safe use of gym equipment
  • Promote the gym’s services, fitness plans, and membership packages
  • Stay current with industry trends and new training techniques
  • Provide CPR and basic first aid when required
  • Enforce safety and hygiene protocols within the facility
  • Offer guidance on lifestyle changes, including nutrition and general wellness
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and professional relationship with clients


Job Requirements


  • Proven experience as a personal trainer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of fitness principles, nutrition, and exercise programming
  • Ability to motivate and support clients of all fitness levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • CPR and First Aid certified
