Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support Building Management System (BMS) and Building Automation System (BAS) works for M&E projects
Review project drawings, control schematics, technical specifications, and BMS documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams on project execution
Support the integration of BMS with ACMV, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical, ELV, and other building services systems
Supervise site installation works and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material delivery, and installation schedules
Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and project documentation
Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration activities
Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues throughout project execution
Maintain testing records, inspection reports, as-built drawings, and operation manuals
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality standards, and project requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BMS, BAS, Controls Systems, or M&E building services projects
Knowledge of BMS controls, DDC panels, sensors, actuators, field devices, and control wiring
Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, or similar will be an advantage
Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical specifications
Basic understanding of ACMV systems and building services integration
