Job Scope:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs, preferences, and requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records, prescriptions, work orders, and payment details.
Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.
Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and visual merchandising/display setup.
Handle cashiering and basic administrative duties when required.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and service objectives.
Ensure the store is clean, organised, and consistently well-presented.
Job Requirement:
Entry-level candidates are welcome, as comprehensive training will be provided.
