The Client is an established insurance firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess a strong understanding of group insurance products and pricing to prepare and process renewal invitations.
- Effectively manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate renewal data for billing
- Work closely with the operations team on operational matters.
- Manage and resolve escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with the claims team on claims-related escalations and provide timely updates to intermediaries/clients.
- Ensure timely payment of premium by clients.
- Support ad-hoc projects
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standard.
Skill and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
