Mayson AI Enterprise Services is a Singapore-based digital growth agency helping local SMEs win online through SEO website development, GEO & AI search visibility, social media operations, AI workflow automation, and PSG grant support. We operate lean — no corporate overhead, no layers — which means the right partner gets real autonomy, real clients, and real upside.

We're not hiring an employee. We're looking for a business partner who can develop and close their own book of clients under the Mayson AI service umbrella.

What this role is

This is a commission-based business partnership, not a salaried position. You bring in clients, we deliver together, you earn a substantial share of every retainer and project you close. High independence, high upside, no cap.

What you'll do

  • Independently prospect, pitch, and close Singapore SME clients for Mayson AI's service packages — SEO websites, GEO/AI visibility, social media management, AI automation, and PSG grant projects
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed proposal — including scoping, quotation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage ongoing client relationships as the primary point of contact, coordinating delivery with our contractor network
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client base to grow retainer value over time
  • Collaborate on strategy for client accounts — content direction, platform priorities, campaign angles, and growth roadmaps
  • Stay current on AI search, SEO trends, platform updates (LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok), and Singapore digital market developments
  • Contribute to Mayson AI's market positioning — occasional thought leadership content, event networking, and referral relationships

Ideal background

  • 3–7 years in digital marketing, agency sales, business development, or related consultative B2B roles
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and close service contracts — you have done this before
  • Solid working knowledge of at least two of: SEO, social media management, content marketing, AI tools, performance marketing
  • Existing network among Singapore SME founders, marketing managers, or operations leads is a strong advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — we serve both English-first and Chinese-business-community clients
  • Comfortable working without a manager — you set your own pipeline and own your outcomes
  • Familiarity with PSG grant processes or Singapore government digital subsidies is a plus, not a requirement
