Shipping Assistant

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

· Process bookings with customers/carriers/NVOCC

· Import/Export ocean document processing

· Coordinate all aspects of shipments

· Maintain consistent communications with customers, esuring prompt responses and fulfillment of all requirements

· To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant declarations ( eg. HB/L , MBL , manifest, pre-alerts, NOA)
