About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marine Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team in the marine services industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating customer requests, preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales personnel, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Coordination & Customer Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service enquiries, job confirmations, and scheduling arrangements.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Follow up on customer requests, quotations, and service requirements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and support.

- Sales Administration

  • Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, service reports, and invoices.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and record management of customer and sales documents.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales activities.

- Operational Coordination

  • Liaise closely with operations personnel to arrange service schedules.
  • Monitor job progress and update customers on service status when required.
  • Coordinate documentation required for job execution and completion.

- General Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Support management with ad-hoc projects and assignments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O-Level, N-Level, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
