Job Summary

Provide professional massage services following the service brochure while maintaining hygiene, client records, and a clean treatment environment. Consult clients to recommend suitable services and support guest comfort throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment room to ensure a professional environment
• Set up and organize workstations before and during shifts to support smooth operations
• Replace and keep linens clean and tidy between client sessions to maintain hygiene
• Sterilize equipment thoroughly to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Document and maintain accurate client files for effective service delivery and record-keeping
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, needs, and expectations
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms to ensure comfort and safety
• Consult with clients to recommend appropriate massage services based on their needs
• Deliver massage services in accordance with the service brochure to meet client expectations
• Maintain accurate records and file documentation to support compliance and quality control
• Comply with all relevant standards, rules, and regulations to ensure safe and effective service
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations consistently
