Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Front-End Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and CRM systems
- Assist customers with onboarding and account setup
- Help troubleshoot common user issues
- Maintain excellent customer experience standards
System Support
- Assist in configuring CRM systems and automations
- Test workflows, forms, funnels, websites, and integrations
- Support AI Agent and automation deployment projects
- Help maintain the knowledge base and support documentation
