Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Front-End Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and CRM systems
  • Assist customers with onboarding and account setup
  • Help troubleshoot common user issues
  • Maintain excellent customer experience standards

System Support

  • Assist in configuring CRM systems and automations
  • Test workflows, forms, funnels, websites, and integrations
  • Support AI Agent and automation deployment projects
  • Help maintain the knowledge base and support documentation
