We are currently looking for Project Engineers / Senior Engineers to join our team for the Mixed-Use /Building/Redevelopment project.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of site activities.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
Monitor construction schedules and ensure works are carried out according to specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Supervise site operations and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
Review drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
Attend site meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
At least Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
Experience with commercial, A&A, or mixed-use development projects will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and site management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
