• Engaged customers, understood needs, and captured leads for follow-up via CRM systems.

• Supported showroom operations including customer handling, basic administration, and inventory management.

• Assisted in marketing activities, social media content creation, and promotional events.

• Collected customer feedback and supported continuous improvement of service and experience quality.
