Quantity Surveyor / QS ( Construction/ experience / HBD Project exp)

· Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities and other documentation

· Assessment of progress payments to subcontractors / suppliers

· Preparation of progress claims and variation order to the client

· Settlement of final accounts with Client and subcontractors / suppliers

Job Specifications

· At least Diploma / Degree in QS/ Civil Engineering / Building

· Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently

· At least 3 years of working experiences in civil industry
