ROLE SUMMARY: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.
KEY TASKS
- Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support. Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
- Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders. Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback. Competencies Required:

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + SKILLS)
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 7–10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
