As our Sales Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, the sales team, warehouse, and operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities for the Sales and Project team, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents accurately using the company's in-house system.

  • Process customer orders promptly and ensure timely follow-up from order confirmation through delivery.

  • Liaise closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliveries.

  • Coordinate with drivers on delivery schedules and collection of goods.

  • Keep customers informed of order status, delivery schedules, and any unforeseen delays.

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, including after-sales support and handling customer enquiries.

  • Manage import and export documentation for overseas orders as and when necessary.

  • Monitor and maintain adequate stock of sales-related materials and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate records and support general administrative duties.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales or Project Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Project Administration, or a related role.

  • Cheerful, positive, and service-oriented personality with a passion for helping customers and supporting the team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent follow-up abilities.

  • Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with good multitasking skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Experience with ERP, SAP, or other business systems will be an advantage.

  • Familiarity with in-house software systems or the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.

  • Proficiency in English and local language to facilitate effective communication with customers, warehouse, and operations teams.

  • Candidates residing in the West region will have an added advantage.

Working Location & Hours

  • Work Location: Near Joo Koon MRT

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
