Order Fulfilment Executive

Details:

• Permanent Position
• West Area

Duties:

• Manage daily logistics operations, documentation, and order processing activities.
• Process customer orders
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate smooth and cost-effective deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping documents in accordance with export and customer requirements.
• Verify logistics invoices and coordinate with Finance on payment matters.
• Maintain logistics records and support reporting and data analysis activities.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues when required.
• Handle end-to-end export order management, including purchase order issuance and system updates (e.g., SAP).
• Track production progress to meet shipment schedules.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or sales support functions.
• Shipping and export coordination experience is preferred.
