Job Summary

You will manage and book business travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate service while maintaining quality and updating travel accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts by understanding their travel needs and providing timely, accurate service
  • Prepare and issue travel documentation including requests, tickets, itineraries, vouchers, and billings for corporate clients
  • Monitor assigned accounts to ensure quality service and promptly update any changes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in corporate or B2B travel and ticketing
  • Demonstrate familiarity with IATA systems such as Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, or other GDS platforms
  • Communicate effectively with a service-oriented approach to meet client needs
  • Collaborate well as a team player while working independently
