Admin Assistant

  • Perform general data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Handle documentation and support basic administrative processing tasks.
  • Handle PO/DO/Invoice including shipping documentations
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to Admin Team
  • Responding to emails, and handling inquiries (Coordinating with colleagues, and external parties)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties in relations to QS or not.
