Admin Assistant

- Perform general data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Handle documentation and support basic administrative processing tasks.
- Handle PO/DO/Invoice including shipping documentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Provide administrative support to Admin Team
- Responding to emails, and handling inquiries (Coordinating with colleagues, and external parties)
- Any other ad-hoc duties in relations to QS or not.
