Preschool Teacher [SL]

Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate a variety of activities for children, including songs, games, and storytelling.
• Set daily routines, offer positive guidance, and help build children’s self-esteem.
• Deliver lessons based on the centre’s curriculum.
• Observe and track each child’s learning progress.
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with parents, students, and staff.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for all children.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate Assistant Teachers and classroom helpers.
• Follow the centre’s assigned work shift schedule.
• Carry out other related duties when needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pre-school Education Teaching (DPT) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE) / Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or Early Childhood related studies.
