Job Title: Operations Manager
As a growing multi-brand F&B group in Singapore, home to five distinct restaurant concepts. As we continue to expand and strengthen our operations, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and support our brands, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all outlets.
Job Scope & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets to ensure smooth service and consistent standards.
Support and manage Restaurant Managers in staffing, service quality, and operational performance.
Implement and enforce SOPs, service standards, and operational guidelines across all outlets.
Monitor outlet performance, including sales, labour cost, food cost, and operational KPIs.
Conduct regular outlet audits, inspections, and coaching sessions.
Work closely with kitchen and FOH leaders to improve efficiency, service flow, and guest experience.
Support manpower planning, staff scheduling, and recruitment needs together with HR.
Handle escalated guest issues and operational challenges professionally.
Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Events teams on initiatives, promotions, and reporting.
Assist in new outlet openings, renovations, and operational set-ups.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, SOP implementation, and cost control.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
