IT Executive - Information Technology Support

Responsibilities
- Provide IT helpdesk support to users via phone, email, and onsite assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support users on Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Assist with user account setup and password resets.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when required.
- Participate in IT projects and system deployments as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in IT or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and internet connectivity.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
