JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD & BIM Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, managing BIM models, and coordinating across multiple disciplines to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models for commercial kitchen equipment

•Coordinate BIM workflows, ensuring integration between different design disciplines

•Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams

•Generate schedules, quantities, and material take-offs from BIM models

•Maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, and libraries

•Support project managers and engineers with design updates and revisions

•Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Minimum 2 / 3 years of relevant working experience

• Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes

• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
