Salary: Up to $2,900

Working Hours

• 5-day work week (44 hours per week)
• Required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays

Shift Schedule

• Shift A: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Shift M: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Shift B: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Shift C (Night Shift): 10:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Scope

• Provide professional guest service by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints.
• Manage front desk duties including calls, cashiering, and guest support.
• Ensure guest satisfaction while following safety and company procedures.
• Support daily operations and assist supervisors when required.
