Senior Leasing Executive/Assistant Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our leasing team, focusing on securing optimal locations for food and beverage operations while supporting expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with mall management, property agents, and landlords to identify and secure suitable locations.

• Monitor and analyse store sales performance, rental costs, and market trends to evaluate store viability and support leasing strategies.

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing Department, including report preparation and coordination of daily activities.

• Support supervisors and management with leasing, licensing, and expansion projects.

• Coordinate site visits and leasing discussions while maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.

• Understand leasing requirements to assist in site selection and store expansion plans.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property administration, retail expansion, or a related field.

• Experience engaging with mall management, landlords, or commercial property agents is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting property market data, managing occupancy forecasts, and calculating rental yields.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven negotiation and relationship management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Knowledge of leasing practices and licensing procedures in the food and beverage sector is an advantage.
