Workday Financial Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Workday Financial Architect to lead the design and roadmap of our Workday Financial Management ecosystem, delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of the Workday Financial Management ecosystem to support business goals.
• Develop and maintain a target-state architecture in collaboration with Finance leadership and Technology teams.
• Define and enforce design standards and governance processes to ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance.
• Manage multi-phased transformation programs to implement Workday Financials Core, Accounting & Finance, Business Assets, Supplier and Customer Accounts, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, Projects, and Prism/Adaptive Planning integrations.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders (Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement) to align technology solutions with financial and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and integrating new features and best practices within the Workday Financial ecosystem.
