We are seeking a dynamic leader to architect and enhance our operations within a cutting-edge trading ecosystem. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional support and accuracy to traders in a high-stakes financial environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive client onboarding and KYC processes for key Asian markets.
- Own and optimize the customer support technology stack, including CRM, Live Chat, and Ticketing, while creating a detailed service model playbook.
- Collaborate with Risk and Legal teams to ensure operations adhere to industry standards while maintaining rapid execution.
- Master our client portal and CRM to facilitate traders' journeys, ensuring seamless handling of onboarding, funding, and withdrawal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in brokerage operations, customer success, or fintech support.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and maintain composure during market volatility.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with a focus on implementing preventive measures for recurring issues.
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics and futures mechanics.
