BIM Coordinator (M&E)

Join a dynamic team as a BIM Coordinator (M&E) where your expertise in drawing coordination and BIM management will play a crucial role in project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate MEP drawings, including CSD and technical documentation.

• Utilize BIM for shop drawing documentation and ensure quality compliance with project specifications.

• Review subcontractor system drawings and submissions prior to coordination.

• Collaborate with project members, subcontractors, and consultants to produce coordinated drawings for approval and construction.

• Identify and address discrepancies through RFIs and maintain effective communication with both internal and external teams.

• Monitor and resolve clashes, ensuring timely updates from the project team.

• Execute modeling and shop drawing tasks within project timelines as assigned.

• Create presentations using BIM-related software as required by the project team.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of clash detection reports.

• Oversee the coordination process and facilitate data exchange and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recognised Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drawing coordination and BIM management within the construction sector in Singapore.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and Navisworks software for MEP applications.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.
