Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Support to Sales Manager & Team
- Partner closely with the APJ Sales Manager to operationalize strategy, manage execution, and improve team performance.
- Manage weekly sales rhythms (WBR’s, MBR’s, QBR’s, pipeline reviews, team meetings).
- Improve SDR and AE productivity through optimized workflows, tools, and processes.
- Act as the “glue” between sales and internal teams to remove blockers and enhance alignment.
2. Sales Process & Efficiency Improvements
- Map, audit, and improve end-to-end sales processes (lead flow, qualification, handoff, pipeline progression).
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive process re-designs.
- Lead change-management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
- Standardize APJ-wide sales motions and ensure consistent execution across the team.
3. Sales Program Management
- Design and launch regional programs to boost pipeline generation, lead conversion, and account penetration.
- Ownership of outreach cadences, qualification frameworks, playbooks, and sales motions.
- Work with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, run initiatives, and track performance.
4. Data, Insights & Reporting
- Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion metrics, seller productivity, and campaign impact.
- Work with BI Analyst to design sales dashboards and reports for the Sales Manager and leadership.
- Support forecasting, quota setting, and territory planning for the SDR and AE teams.
5. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Marketing on lead routing, event-driven campaigns, and pipeline acceleration.
- Partner with RevOps on CRM improvements, tooling, data hygiene, and system alignment.
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions to relay customer feedback and align on product updates.
- Align with Sales Enablement and Training Specialist on training strategies, sales execution improvement process.
