Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate quarterly Regional HR focal point meetings, ensuring effective agenda preparation and documentation of key outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance regional HR communication channels, facilitating efficient information flow.
- Provide high-level administrative and project support to the HR team, including complex scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison for Regional HR focal points, delivering operational guidance and resolving escalated matters.
- Lead the consolidation and validation of regional HR data, including reporting and key HR metrics analysis.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights on workforce analytics.
- Execute regional HR initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap, overseeing planning and evaluation of training programmes.
- Support performance management frameworks and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Develop and maintain regional HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and corporate standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a regional or multinational organization.
- Proven experience in full-spectrum HR operations and regional coordination.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with solid experience in data management and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
