Field Application Engineer

We are in search of a proactive Test Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and optimizing test applications for semiconductor devices, ensuring exceptional customer support and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and implement test solutions for semiconductor devices on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.

• Support test program correlations and production release activities.

• Optimize existing test solutions to improve yield and throughput.

• Troubleshoot testing issues and enhance test methodologies.

• Provide on-site support to customers utilizing ATE.

• Gather customer requirements and collaborate with internal engineering teams to create innovative solutions.

• Coordinate with global application teams to ensure timely delivery of key project milestones.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

• 7-10 years of experience in test/product engineering, specifically in digital and high-power device testing, with a minimum of 5 years in test development.

• Programming experience with ATE platforms; proficiency in C# .NET or VBA is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required within the Asia region.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
