Electrical Works

• Carry out troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Install, replace, and repair lighting fixtures, switches, power points, and distribution boards.
• Attend to electrical faults and emergency breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance and testing of electrical installations.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and standards.

Plumbing Works

• Conduct repair and maintenance of water supply and sanitary systems.
• Troubleshoot and rectify pipe leakages, blockages, and drainage issues.
• Install, replace, and repair water pipes, valves, sanitary fittings, and fixtures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.

Addition & Alteration (A&A) Works

• Carry out electrical and plumbing installation works for renovation and A&A projects.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure works are completed according to project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of completed works.
