Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 0900hrs to 1800hrs

Alternate Saturdays: 0900hrs to 1300hrs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Common administrative and clerical duties.

  • Prepare and process all documentation for pre-owned vehicle transactions.

  • Ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted accurately within the required timeline.

  • To close file for filing.

  • Any other tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of ‘O’ levels and above preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office would be an added advantage.

  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales/Purchase Admin Officer in the automotive industry or related field.

  • Good communication skill, meticulous and hardworking.

  • Able to cope well in a fast pace environment.
