About Us

We are a growing steam bao business dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality steamed buns and excellent customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Operations Manager to lead our team, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of steam bao retail outlets and sales activities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales and service staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant food safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in food retail, F&B, or consumer sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and operational processes.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
