Contract Engineer (Mechanical / Construction)

Job Scope

• Review mechanical designs and technical submissions for compliance
• Support site inspections, project coordination, and issue resolution
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards
• Maintain project documentation and support technical submissions

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in healthcare facilities or large institutional projects is highly preferred
• Knowledge of ACMV, medical gas systems, and healthcare mechanical standards preferred
• Familiar with BCA, NEA, and SCDF requirements
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
